Holiday Storm & Pacific Atmospheric River
Each week I also scan the country for major hazards, because our nervous systems are part of a shared Field. This week the big pulse is coming out of Southern CA, Sierra Nevada, Southern Nevada, Ohio/Tennessee Valleys, and the Great Lakes.
This is happening between December 23rd-25th with high risk flooding in SoCal, heavy Sierra snow, and ice/snow farther east.
Collective field may have Sacral+Heart Charka heaviness (water+grief+empathy), Root Chakra testing with safety + stability, and or Throat Chakra communication around travel and plans.
This can show up as extra tender, fatigue, and or anxiety "for no reason" and or more dreams/intrusive thoughts about water, travel, family, or home.
Support + Ritual Suggestions
Light a candle + offer a prayer for those regions
Do a brief crystal grid or energetic visualization
Name out loud: "If I feel extra wobbly, part of this may be the collective field.".
If you are feeling extra fragile this week, part of that may be your body reading the collective storm Field. Sensitive systems may feel extra emotional or fatigued even far from the hazard zones.
Atmospheric river/flooding (Southern CA)
Status of moisture already streaming in. Heavy rain developing overnight into Wednesday. High Risk (4/4) of excessive rainfall from Wed-Thur of possible flash flooding, urban flooding, mudslides, and or burn-scar flooding.
This can feel like:
Sacral + Heart Chakras = emotional deluge, grief, fear, compassion.
Root Charkra = safety, evacuation, home stability.
Heavy mountain snow (Sierra/Rockies)
Status of heavy snow developing and continuing through Thursday. Risk of several feet of snow at higher elevations causing travel disruptions. Possible avalanche concern in steep terrain.
This can feel like:
Root+Heart Chakras = survival + awe.
Crown Chakra = feels like "weight + silence"
Freezing rain/ice (PA/Great Lakes)
Status of rain expanding today into tonight. Risk of locally heavy rain, slick travel. Some freezing rain on the North edge.
This can feel like:
Root + Throat / Heart Charkas = fragile movement, risk of falls/accidents, communication tension.
Northeast heavy snow
Root+Heart Chakras = hunker down, family, holiday disruption or deepening
We are in a week where the West Coast is under flood/snow stress, so the collective Sacral + Heart field is loud. If you are feeling extra tender or jittery, it is not "just you"- your system is reading the wider field.
