Day 13 – The Sun Within the Name

When the Sun leaves Libra and enters Scorpio, nothing about the Sun itself changes — it simply shines through a new constellation, shifting the tone of its light. The warmth, power, and essence remain the same. Only the frequency through which we receive it transforms.

That’s what happened to Borikén.

When colonizers renamed her Puerto Rico, they changed the frequency, not the soul. The rivers still sing in Taíno. The coquí still calls the ancestors home. The mountains still hum the same original note of creation. She is still the same radiant island — just vibrating through a different name, a different octave of recognition.

🌊 The Island of Two Names

Many people don’t realize that Puerto Rico is both a U.S. territory and a sovereign spirit. The island itself never forgot who she was — even if the world tried to. Like the Sun in Scorpio, she has learned to embody power in shadow, to survive by transforming, and to continue shining through every cycle of change.

Our names carry resonance — they are the way the universe calls us into form. Just as the island holds two names, so do we. The one we use in this world, and the one that belongs to our Higher Self — the eternal frequency of who we truly are.
